Is there one in 5sfe celica 94-99. I know there is one in 3sfe, heard about
99 camry having it. There it is near the oil filter, in the locations
covered by oil cooler componebts in our cars. Anyone knows
is there an oil plug by chance? Could be a great solution where to stick
an oil pressure sender.

I used a T splitter to hook my oil pressure up off the head. Looking at the motor from the front, it's on the right side of front of the head. That place gives you a great reading from the last point the oil is before returning. I don't know about the plug though.

The plug is on the driverside of the engine behind the flywheel... so, no you won't be able to use that port... just use a "T" like bigmeanbulldog said. There is more information about the "T" in the turbo sticky by presure2.
