Hi , I'm wondering if anyone ever tried to fit those katzkin leather seats on ebay. if so how is the fitment. I'm thinking about customizing one to fit the celica seats. I have seen some for the celica but they are kinda expensive upwards of $500. But I have seen same kit for other cars for much less. Specifically, I have ordered one for my wife's civic for much less, I will see how it fits her car and I will also try one of the covers on the celica to see if it will work with some customization?
Any ideas will be appreciated.
Thanks.

I looked into those - I didn't get them because I talked to an upholstery shop near my place about installing them and they said that they didn't like the product much, the leather tended to be really stiff, and the fit mostly just ok, depending on the car. They said that I could get better leather covers for a lot less money if I didn't care too much about the crazy customization that katzkin can do.
I wish I could remember what brand cover they recommended instead - I decided not to do the project at all, so of course the information immediately disappeared from my brain.

The one I ordered for the civic is made by A.S.C. CORP. I will see how well it fits and go from there.
Thanks
