I guess I don't understand the question....
You blew a tire. You took the wheel off and it tells you that you have a 18"X7.5" wheel with a 48 offset. This sounds true - and also looking at your pictures in your profile I can see that your wheels are a little sunken in. My wheels are like that as well, except not as far in. I have 42 offset. so the question is what now? -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

Of course it is okay to use.. you've been driving on them havent you?
if you are worried about it at all, throw on some spacers to make the wheels sit farther out and more flush with the body. This post has been edited by 95CelicaST: Apr 18, 2007 - 2:25 PM -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

well the blowout was due to severe wear on the inner edge so it's either the camber or rubbing somewhere.

If I were you I would buy a set of 5-10mm spacers. They'll bring you out to 42-38 mm offset and that might fix the rubbing. If there is still advanced wear on the inner edge then buy a camber kit.
or buy both and fix it all at once! -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
