I think it would be helpful if there was an option in which we could do a search on members location(where they are from)

I like this idea as well. Altho it doesnt have to be a search. Maybe just listing of the states and then member names under it.

That wouldn't work very well, because there's no standard to determine who is in what state, etc. I think I told some people a while ago that this was coming soon, and it still is. In fact, it's done right now, but I'm coding up a couple more things before I implement all of them.
