hey guys, just want to get an idea upon the EBC brake pads...anyone ever used these? I have gotten the GREEN STUFF already and it works well, but I like to know if anyone has ever tried the other RED or YELLOW stuff?

I want to use the Yellow but i don't know if it will fit our models...it fits the 1990 - 1993 celicas... EBC Front Yellow Stuff Brake Pad TOYOTA Celica 2.2 Part#: DP4725R

ARE there any differences in the 1990-93 models brake calipers and pads VS. the 94-99 model celica? Will this specific yellow EBC brake pads for the 90-93 model celica fit our 6gen celica's calipers? kindasad.gif

hi, what circumstances are you planning on using them for? I have red stuff pads, and when cold they can be quite dangerous and you must use caution, once you get some heat into them there great, and I use them on track days and they work really well with no fade. The low dust is a lie, there one of the worst pads i've used for dust, they wear quite fast aswell but there cheap compared to the competition.

I havent tried yellow stuffs yet, think i'll try them next time.

The Greenstuff are GREAT all around driving brake pads. I've used them exclusively in my performance cars for the past 5 years now. I'd highly recommend them.

to both who replied...thanks...i know, they lied about the low dust...smoked my sliver rims into black...noise was kinda bad too...it was loud the first 3 moths or so...and i have tried the green...i wanna try the yellow pads, but accordingly to them, they said it is made for the celica of the year 90-93...ours are the 94-99...will the pads of the celica 90-93 work for the our calipers? kindasad.gif

you should NOT be using anything but GREEN stuff on the street...RED/YELLOW are more track oriented pads

i got the dust with green but very very rarely got noise

I'm with him on this. My greenstuff on both of my Trans Am's are very low dust pads and EXTREMELY quiet.
