Ok about a parents got a 1957 willys jeep from my moms dad about a month ago,about a week ago they asked me if i wanted to do some stuff to it to make it nice but she wants to kepp it athentic and old looking.My mom wants it to be of sorta birthday presnt for my dad(b day is july 9).I want to keep it under 150$.My mom already bought new seat from Jcwhitney.What else can i do to it?It runs like a dream and has a nez suspesion.Pictures:

yea im going to clean everything ther interior exterior and engine bay.Is there any products u guyz recomend.Or pressure washer

steam the engine bay. if you have time and the ability, sand it all down and paint it flat green!

ok well tomrow im going to take off the A tow frame thing in front,pressure wash it,clean the engine bay,sand it down would that work?and a few other lil things ill figure out as i go along.

If your confident and willing to put some time into it.Tape evrything off and give it a rattle can spray job. I painted me 1980 k5 blazer with a flatblack spraycan and it turned out quite nice. Im not sure if you want to do that or not because you do need a bit of expreince with a rattle can to make make look nice. go to duplicolor.com they have plenty of how to's.

Clean it up, drive it like it is!! remove the gas can carriers from the front bumper. Here's a great forum for early jeep info; keep it original.

Yea im leaving right now and im going to take off the gas holdering in the front take off the A tow frame,cleanout the air filter,and clean the whole interior out.Seats are in the mail
