I feel that way sometimes too. You've just got to get out and do stuff. I pretty much left everything behind when I moved to a different country (not that I'm not used to it). Go on a road trip with either yourself, or like 1/2 other people and clear your head.

the thing about depression is, there is no cause to why it happens and there is no solution on how to cure it as well. this is a Anomaly basically, frown.gif

Masturbate. biggrin.gif I think that works for some people.

OR you can go drive your celica.

OR you can watch the news and think about how lucky you are
that you live in a country where you can think for yourself, act for yourself,
and laugh at your dumb president.

Depression is like a snow ball going down hill, if you don't take care of it, is just gonna get worst, most people experience depression when they experience changes on their lifes ( loss of a relative, moving , and environmental changes like from high school to college or from your long term job to a new job ) different people react different to changes, some people may see a new job as a fresh start while some others may start wondering, how good am i gonna be at this ? do these people like me ? am I gonna to like it ? will I learn fast enough ? ; that's why when you feel you're depressed the best thing to do ask yourself why ? there is always a reason, even we know it or not , sometimes the reason why we are depreseed looks to be so silly that we ignore it, but is still there. If you realize why you're depressed then you're 1/2 way out of depression, because that's the hardest part.

When depression is treat it on time usually doesn't need medication.

not always true. sometimes it harms you more than it helps when you realize how much stuff or what is really making you depressed.

sometimes hurts, true but remember you can't fix something if you don't know what's the problem, even if it hurts is a needed step in order to get out of depression, think about it, when people go to a psychologist, what do they do ? the patient get to answer a lot of questions so the psychologist can determine what's making you depressed, and then he talks to such patient about it, the idea behind it is to get the patient used to the idea of talking about issues, once a patient start talking regularly about what worries him/her the job for the psychologist is to get the patient to learn how to identify issues and how to solve them, that's when questions like what would you do if .... ? would you.. ? what do you think of.. ? become handy. identifying a problem and learning how to make your way out of them is the key for not getting on depression.

You ever listen to Love Line on Kroq? Dr. Drew answers these types of questions all the time. I know you might not get it over the radio but you can listen at www.kroq.com at 10pm and call in if you have any questions like this, they might be able to help you

no it doesn't. depression medications are like a band aid. if you remove them the depression is still there. it doesn't fix anything. they make you numb to your feelings. believe me. i know.

and there is big difference between someone who is depressed about something and someone who has a chemical imbalance. Not the same thing at all.

You likely suffer from the same "condition" as I. "Bi-polar Depressive." No it doesn't mean you have two personality or are crazy. It just means random junk will trigger your depression. Could out some online tests to see if this is you.

If it is, stay away from the drug effextor. It'll highly addictive and doctors love to prescribe it due to its productivity

I use to get that kind of flash depession for no real rason thing ever so often few times a month or weekly, could not really exsplane it, but since I got out of my parents house, and into my g/f I feel way less restricted (not like rules but just more independent) depression flashes are few and far between or int { me = smile.gif > me = frown.gif }

key thing is that you understand that there is no real (real being used relitivly, there are real reasons for it of bad things\events in life that cuase it) reason for it and that it happens and passes.

I have a strong need to be needed and usefull so it helps and makes me feel really good when people ask me for help or I'm needed in some way, I think my current home and the people in it have a need for me (help etc) so it keeps me happy, my parents never really needed me for help etc and I dont have a lot of friends so it limited that drive I had causing me to feel more usless hence more depression.

so for

int { me;

cout{"way to show how stuff affects me in c++ \n";
get.();

if { me = needed;
then { me = smile.gif ;
else if { me = loved;
then { me = smile.gif ;
else { me = frown.gif ;

}

you just have to figure out what it is you need to feel good and persue it, (its not going to be physicl things or sex tongue.gif its going to be something that drives you to do more.

also

int { you;

cout{"way to show affects on you in c++ \n";
get.();

if { you + drugs;
if for { shorttime;
then { you = laugh.gif ;
else { you = mad.gif ;
then if { you - drugs ;
then { you = frown.gif ;
}
