I know there have been numerous posts about this. But I cannot find any pics of anyone installing the 93 clear corners on a 94. Everyone says it has to be pushed in more, but I was wondering what it looks like and how hard it is to do. I just know I would screw up the DIY clears...put them in an oven?? I found the guy selling the 94's on here, but its WAY out of my budget. I don't want to spend over $75 for both. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks! |

I think these are 5th gen turns:
1. My friend heated mine up in the oven 2. pulled off the amber lense 3. then we took a frosted white notebook - cut out the same shape as turns 4. glued them onto the light. Hey guys, thanks for the help. I went ahead and ordered 5th gen turns. I didn't want to mess with gluing and all that stuff although I did cut the brackets off. I just had to re-drill the hole on them and on the other side of the light I actually just wedged a flat piece of rubber between the light and body. I've been driving it for a week and a half and they still don't budge, lol. They are barely crooked, but they still look 10x better to me than the stock ones. Sorry my car hadn't been washed in a while! Opinions?

look at the last pic. is that a chip in your head light lense?
personally i am glad that they changed to a clear lense on the facelifted model. but i think that i am going to purchase a roll of tint and tint them and the sidemarkers black. -------------------- |

Ya there's a chip/more like a crack on my right high and low beam...rocks or something hit them on the highway : /
They don't bother me that much...I'm not sure how the tint would turn out..I just really like the clears. This post has been edited by Jlacker3: Jul 26, 2007 - 9:18 PM |

Hmmm, they don't fit too well IMHO. Wolfie308 on here sells PERFECT clear markers. PM him for details. Not cheap, but 1000 times better.
Here's mine: -------------------- |

Thanks for the opinions...
I looked @ Woflie's first...they're about 4 times more expensive though than these...just way too much for clear blinkers IMHO. And no layum you don't have to modify any wiring. |
