Here is my new ride. smile.gif

2007 DK Rage

Already debadged, removed reflectors, chain guard also removed. I was originally going to pick up a Redline or Freeagent, I couldn't find a local dealer that stocked them. This bike is awesome, very light & very strong.

I needed something for traveling to work, but was light enough to carry up to the apartment. Any other BMX owners here ?

Also,
Anyone have a set of 20" black mags that you are looking to sell ? Or a pair of new gum wall tires ?

DEF

Nice, Down with reflectors!

I used to be quite keen on the old BMX had a huffy one ton and a specialized fly boy. Found it too hard on the old body and moved onto bikes with suspension. Thou a bmx would be good for doin skids around town. smile.gif

I was all about dirt jumping in the pits where they were building houses around me. had a Haro Nyquist backtrail x2, that was a heavy bike. i miss it, it was stolen.

You guys remember Bear Claw pedals, ill always remember them until the scars on my shins fade away lol.

Be careful Jeff, dont try to jump any buses.

Nice, I used to want to race BMX so bad when I was
a kid, I bought some bikes for my kids and they raced.
My youngest started when he was 4 years old.
They have since stopped, and now I have 2 $1000.00
diamondbacks and about 50 trophies of various shape and size
sitting in my basement. kindasad.gif

Awesome. Glad to see so many bikers.

Nice pick Coomer, I almost went with the aluminum Fury. I didn't like the that down tube was so thick. I like to thin bar old school look.

Any future upgrades for the bike ? I plan on swapping in a few light weight parts.

So far I'm too heavy for all the carbon options I've seen. I think the maximum I saw was 135 lbs.

I am thinking about putting both bikes back to stock.
I have 2 pair of forks one is 100 lbs, I thought the other
was like 180lbs,so I googled answer carbo pro to see
what the wieght limit is and the have been recalled. kindasad.gif

No just some really light mini rims with alluminum axles.
I have a couple light weight cranksets but they are both
short stroke, good stuff for kids bikes. I had a diamond back 24"
cruiser. I raced once, crashed and gave up on it. laugh.gif
