Ok, its nearing decision time and I have yet made a decision. I need a master plan set. Ok here is what I have. I have the full VIS Invader kit molded onto my body which is a solid white. As of right now I have stock everything else. PLus 15 Inch Alloys. I have a dark color interior, and white exterior. I need help.

Should I go with:

1) Yellow with bright silver rims and a bright silver single deck spoiler

2) A really deep sparkling blue, with a carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber spoiler, with gunmetal rims

3) A DARK silver with bright siver rims and a bright silver spolier

4) If you have an idea other then those three please let me know!!!

Any advice would be great, please help me. And sorry if I stole anyones idea.
Thanks,
Brandon

deep blue metallic paint, machined polished aluminum wheels, NO WING! instead get some drop springs or coilovers.

BTW if you are trying to get to the 12 second 1/4s like your profile says, you really have 2 choices, 1) once this kit is on spend every penny you have on performance mods 2) sell the car and buy something else, no privately owned USDM 6gc has hit 12s.

My white paint was factory!!! I have hit 11 sec 1/4 but in my 79 firebird. I am going to import the 3sgte and hopefully get it up to about 6oo horse range and do the four wheel drive conversation from a gt4. Hopefully ill figure out how to get to run rwd only. I know its easier to buy a gt4, but i have too big of a relationship with my gt, i love this car and will post pics as soon as i get my camera. I was going to do the deep blue with carbon, but then I saw the yellow with silver and EVERYONE is advising me to do that. I really like it to but i dont think i could wake up to a yellow car everyday. But on the other hand everyone is doing the blue and carbon fiber thing so..............i need help, save me from my own insanity!!!

It wouldn't be too insanely hard to hit 12's. I think jhull in his 5th gen hits low 13's. That's without nitrous. If he added some "super spray" he could easily hit 12s. If you want to hit that kind of time, I spose the 2 or 3 grand you're going to spend on looks is pretty miniscule. You're going to have to spend at least 7-10k (prolly more like 15 to get a reliable car, that's safe for the track) to get it into the low 12's.

Moral of your story is, you're not going to be able to enjoy the looks of your car...or rather other people wont'...while your car is in the shop getting all the engine work done. Most times, you need to choose....trick it out on the outside or trick it out under the hood.

Either way you're going to spend a lot of money. If you wanna know how to get your car into the 12s, lemme know.

Ok guys, money is not a problem because my dad owns a hotrod shop. Unlike others it is successful and has been in the family for 56 years. His dad handed it down to him. I said I loved my celica and wouldnt trade it for anything!!! It would be easier to buy a vette or viper and get to 12 secound quarters. I have hit 11s in my firebird. The point is is that the only way this indrustry grows is by innovation. If everyone told Henry Ford not to try and build the first interchangable machinable parts and internal combustion engine and he listen where would we be today. Everyone who is anyone knows the only way this sport can go to new heights and by those means how the sport was created in the first place is to push the boundaries. But this post IS NOT about 12 secound quarters, its about the paint scheme. Please lets stick to that!!!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as long as its about the paint.
Thanks, Brandon

Silver (DuPont platinum chroma) with a blue pearl over it, Carbon fiber hood, and wing. Both with the same blue pearl.

Momo X1's with the indention painted with... THE SAME BLUE PEARL! Would look hella tight.
