what does are car come with stock, shocks al the way or shocks and struts, im gettin my intrax springs soon and didnt know that you could replcase struts with kyb shocks?

4 MacPherson Struts stock. You can replace/upgrade with kyb gr2's... the 2 rear kybs come as bolt on replacements and the fronts are drop-in cartidges, in which you pull out your old front cartidges and drop the kybs in.

keep in mind the KYB GR2s are basically same as stock. you'll notice a difference because they are new, but not worth it unless your stocks are blown imho.

so i can get 4 aftermarket shocks and they will all fit in, i dont need struts nemore? also, are there any that are better then stock, if not, wheres the best place to get the kybs?

TireRack.com is where I just got my struts... $195 for all four corners, inluding shipping. Only took about 4 days to get them here too. They advertise in Car & Driver and I recommend them as they were recommended to me.

By the way, you'll still need struts, that's what you have to buy... full strut assemblies for the back ($51 each) and inserts for the front ($43 each), unless you buy Koni struts for the front ($150 each) which are the whole strut assembly.

how are the ones you got from TireRack.com, do you like them better then stock? do u have a link to the ones you got?

koni yellows are inserts all the way around, front and back.

ok today i replaced my front struts and they kyb are a hell of a lot better then stock... when you take out the stock cartidges you notice how much better the kyb's are.
