couple questions before i start this project..
how long would the stock 7afe rods hold up when used after swapped to 7age? is it possible to use the 4age rod/bolts in the 7age? is it worth it to shot peen n crack test the 7afe rods for the swap? i PM'd nik about the 7age swap, so hopefully i get some other answers from him while gettin some more info from the rest of the 6gc community. thanks for any help guys! xav -------------------- Pandelica 2.0 in progress. |

7AFE rods will probably do ok with a somewhat stockish 7AGE build... but I wouldn't bet on it in the long run if you wanna blast the sucker beyond 7500 rpms daily. 4AGE rods will NOT work.
