1997 Toyota Celica 5-speed 1.8L. 172k on original motor. maintained by a Master Toyota Tech (My uncle) religiously.
NEW: Head gasket, valve seals, water pump, accessory belts, valve cover seal all at 171k miles.New Transmission and Stage 1 performance increased friction clutch at 156k miles.Car runs clean, looks and sounds nice, shifts perfectly. Aftermarket parts THAT can be changed out IF need be: TRD Shift Knob HP Racing header (custom made for $375) Tenzo-R Cold air intake (custom made for $90) Custom strut tower brace (custom made for $80) Magnaflow 2 1/4" hi flow exhaust with cat (It passes emissions and is 100% legal)(custom made for $375) 2000 Celica GT rims (paid $300 for-silver,not pictured but will take more pics tomorrow) Window Tint The car will come with a Sony Xplod (the new 2007 model)CD player and Sony Xplod/Boston Acoustic speakers(paid around $700 for all the stuff)an Alpine Amp and a Sony Xplod 10" Sub Exterior: My ex wife parked the car too close to a curb and cracked the fiberglass fender on the pass side so the car will come with a BRAND new ViS Racing Invader kit. The car includes currently a Black Hawk Black metallic flake paintjob(Paid $2,300 2 years ago for the color change from Blue slate metallic) with a ViS racing 4 piece bodykit (paid $575 for it) and a JDM imported Hiro wing (cost $450 after import costs) I am asking $3,500 o/bo I don't need to sell it right away but this is my 3rd car... I just bought a 2000 Celica GT-S 6-speed and my GF asked me to sell 1 of my 3. Please don't waste my time and yours by low balling me. This car runs and drives perfectly and I have taken care of it. I am the 2nd owner who purchased at around 57k miles from an older gentleman who had the car 100% stock in MA. I bought the car when I was 18 and I am 25 now so I know all the vehicle history and have maintained it 100% with my uncle who is a master toyota tech. If you drive it,you will want to buy it. All of my friends/relatives that have driven it say it's the BEST handling car they have ever stepped into. e-mail is Lucky13racing2001@yahoo.com Ca$h or Bank Check,ONLY and if you do use a bank check, the check must clear before the title is signed over. CLEAN TITLE btw. This post has been edited by 97Celica: Oct 11, 2007 - 8:40 PM -------------------- |

Are you just trying to ditch the celica and get another celica to work on, or just ditch it and get a whole other car?

any news as to if you are parting the strut brace? if you need a stocky to put on there in place of it, i'll hook you up with one free if you sell me the one that's on there... (what kind of strut brace is on there now? i know it's custom, but it's for a front, right?) can you post a pic of it, or link to it?

I'll know by the end of this coming weekend if my little brother is buying my car or not... It will be nice to keep it in the family. I sold my 92 GT 5-speed to my cousin and my newly acquired 94 ST 5-speed to my other brother...I'll have to take some pics when everyone gets their cars painted and where they want to be!
