okk.... so i got my wing.... i went and did a pep boys paint job on it.... it was coming out good... so i let it sit and dry... then i come back and there are all these lil dust pseckles in the paint !!! kaljncsladnckjadsnckj... so yea... i just really want my wing on my car.... so i dont care anymore on the paint... weather would kill it any way....

arite... so on with it haha... arite so i know teh holes on teh trunk ar different then the TRD's screws....

i was wondering where would i need to make the wholes on teh trunk to make it fit?

the spoiler also came with these... and so the black padding would go under the spoiler? what about teh stick thingys?

When i was installing the TRD spoiler that went onto my gf's coupe, i had a spoilerless trunk lid that we picked up off a convert at a local scrapers. All i did was drill 2 holes centered in the 2 small acess holes under the deck lid, drilled, put the spoiler down made sure it was straight, took it off, cleaned up the holes a bit, put some paint on where i drilled to it wouldnt rust, put some RTV around the peg that holds it inplace, then i used double sided tape to hold it down and its doing a fine job. Did you get a replica wing??

yea i got the replica wing from erebuni. so yea tomorrow i plan on installing with a friend. i think. I THINK. that at least one of the holes on my trunk, cuz i have a three post on it right now, is in line with one of the holes on the wing... so that might be of help. but u said that u drilled through the access holes, meaning the holes under the lid of the trunk? cuz on my wing there are three screws to hold it down. so im thinking i have to drill a hole higher up on the trunk and drill through the underside of the trunk lid and make a new access hole

ummm go to erebunis website...heres teh link

http://www.erebunicorp.com/wings/toycel94.htm

the only downside to ordering is that you need ot call in and have ure info ready, they open at 10am new york time(eastern?) i called at 9am chicago time(central) so try to call them as soon as they open cuz they will ship it that day, i ordered mine on monday last week then it came that friday. it cost me $179, compared to wickedbodies' $213 and thats without shipping i think its a better buy. the only thing is that you should call erebuni again teh enxt day so you can get your shipping info and tracking number, other than that its all good. oh yea its unpainted when they send it but i think they have it primered.

Wow your a spelling nightmare.

The easiest way to figure out where your holes go is to put the padding on the uprights and poke holes in the the fabric where the screw holes go on, then place the padding on the trunk where you want the wing to go and you can draw your circles on the trunk via the holes you poked.

Did anybody ever figure out what those plastic stick thingys are for? My spoiler came with those too, but I didn't need to use them at all.
