Here's how I've done my projector conversion. I followed the guidelines of two dutch Celicas.eu members, Kadett en BacerTune:
The projectors Removing small parts In the oven Remove the glass with a plastic object to prevent damaging the glass Remove Projector Remove magnifying glass Remove the metal thing by unscrewing the adjusting bolts Cut the straight side Straighten the diagonal side by attaching a metal plate Attach everything in reverse order, before attaching the glass put both side in the oven. When the kit is soft add some new kit and attach the glass to the rest. After eveything has cooled down, assemble the small parts. The projector back together again: After both are converted it's time to install them. This is how the car looked like with the old headlights: This post has been edited by Paul_Celica_GT: Nov 27, 2007 - 5:16 PM -------------------- Converted JDM '98 GT-Four to LHD, check my site: Celica GT.nl |

Remove the frontbumper, according to this thread: Close-up on the old lights: And there gone: Installed High beam You need universal H4 connectors for the low beams Low beams installed on the right side: Check the difference: Installed on the other side: Both sides installed: After you've put on the front bumper it's time for a beer and... Mini photoshoot: Also, have the lights adjusted by the Toyota Dealer.
