I would like to take Hurly97, Stef's 7AFTE Tech post thread as reference. I've got 2 questions. With the equation she had done, it show that she need 22lb/min airflow to reach 200hp flywheel target mark. my question is, how does we know what a/r to use, which wheel trim to choose? I mean not turbo model do have compressor map to refer and I visited Garrett web and all they have is all the measure size but did not indicate cfm ratio and compressor map to refer for plot. If without the compressor map we won't abe to know right? |

You plot out on the compressor maps where boost will come in and when it will fall off to surge if it does.
For the 7afe the best map that I have come up with is a .60 trim T3. -------------------- |
