Did you get an enclosure back there? You can get a decent amount of space if you use fiberglass.

Creating an enclosure requires a bit work and to make it fit. Second, reinforcing the sound to reduce vibration. Overall in my opinion, having 6.5" in the rears benefit overall sound quality. Look at my profile for how I set up mine, my friends all love the way it sounds between rock and hip hop. Of course tuning plays a big part.

There was someone on CCUK that was talking about building a fiberglass enclosure for that space but I think it fell through...it'd be nice though as I'd like some subs but I like my trunk-space. I still havn't decided if I want back seats or not. Anyone that has done this, do you have any pics? If 8" fit and sound good I may wind up doing that just b/c. Thanks.

yes you would need an amp to run 8"s efficantly and they will not i repet not drop in that factory location, i had to cut to get 6.5's in there, i would say just get a 10 or something and put it in the back, or you can get some tang band 6.5 subs and those would work fine
