depends on how big you need it to be, and or how big you WANT it to be, there are litterally THOUSANDS of intercoolers on ebay. just type in intercooler in the search, and be amazed.

gonna need custom pipes, either have it all welded together or pre-plan it and buy bends etc and couplers and join it all together that way.

are you currently looking to buy an IC and piping? i might be able to help you out.

look for Just-Intercoolers on ebay. all of their bar and plate intercoolers are very well made. then measure out how much space you have with your bumper/crash bar, and buy the size you need.

for piping buy a bunch of 2.25 or 2.50in 90 and 45 deg bends. how many will depend on how you plan to route the piping. again, check ebay.

If you need pipe I have a decent amount of 2 1/2" 409 stainless mandrel bends. Since it's stainless it's fairly easy to weld.. thick wall.. good stuff. A little heavy though. But it beats that cheap chinese aluminum pipe these "performance" shops sell.. and trust me, you won't be welding that crap together atleast not with out leaks. (The walls are near paper thin)

With the pipe I have you can mock the system up and then take it to a good machine shop where they can TIG or MIG weld it with stainless rod/wire and it shouldn't cost you that much.

Send me a PM if you are interested, would like to get rid of what I have laying around before I move.. I can get more of it any time.
