It's my understanding that the intake resonator is actually just a sound thing used to reduce intake noise. Otherwise, performance-wise, it does absolutely nothing either way.

o goodie, well mine makes a click sound when i turn the key and i have to pump the clutch then try it again and eventually it starts, its a temperamental celi,of course around my friends i literally have to do it 30 times, but in the middle of no where it starts right up,but it seems that after i start it the next 3 starts it will start right up,the mechanic said it was something in the starter and would charger 250 for it,so ill just buy a new one ...i have 2 days devoted to it ill be ok..lol
NEW: wtf is this is that normal for the oil pan to have that **** on it???? Is this a 2ndary CAT??right below the exhaust manifold This post has been edited by CelicaST_CALI: Mar 10, 2008 - 11:34 PM -------------------- BANNED. for life, you moron.

the first pic is your starter. You can get a starter from an auto parts store.
the 3rd and 4th pic is your primary cat, there should be a second one under the car in the exhaust. the oil pan looks like it might be leaking, or oil is leaking from somewhere else and runing down. FYI there is no oil pan gasket, just use some toyota FIPG. -------------------- |
