Ok so I'm sure this is a repost, but I was looking up 3sgte stuff on the ebay. And I was looking in some intercoolers. Well this wasnt the item advertised, but the picture kind of caught my attention. See if you can tell what I mean.....

If you see something weird, please lets discuss the complexity of the setup that was devised.

it appears to be a Scion TC supercharger with a turbo. Performance mod magazine did a write up about a TC with a setup like that about 3 or 4 months ago. IIRC it only made about 376 HP. But it had the stock clutch to it so it couldn't really grab well.

Isn't this suppose to be in the off topic section? Doesn't look like a 6th gen celica engine bay.

ONLY 376 hp...lol pshaw! 6gen laughs at those PUNY numbers! lol laugh.gif j/k

that is a pretty cool set up. at first i thought it was a twin turboed 6th gen, but i looked at the surroundings and decided it was another car. do you know how i can get a hold of that write up in a back issue? i want to read about it.

You want power but have no money. That's a problem.

Cheap. Reliable. Fast. Pick two.

Given the fact that it has a turbo and a supercharger... I would think it has a place in the forced induction section wouldnt you???? biggrin.gif But in all honesty if it doesnt belong here will a Mod please move this to the appropriate section.... I'm sorry I just thought having 2 forms of forced induction this was the place...
