If i do have an alarm, will it be a long rectangular black carpet covered box under the drivers side seat?

Is there a horn looking thing mounted in the engine bay. Somewhere near the front. Thats usually where the aftermarket alarm horn would be mounted. Its possible that there is an alarm and the owner lost the remote.
Does the light ever come on? |

I doubt it was an aftermarket alarm. The previous driver was an old woman. But i still have that damn light

there is no reason for you to have the light if you didnt have the alarm. i would say that she lost the remote.

i have that light too, and i have an alarm w/a remote...so maybe they lost the remote or something.
EDIT: i also cant even find where the alarm is...so it could be the same as yours or something. This post has been edited by 6gencelicasrule: Sep 11, 2003 - 5:46 PM |

When I got my radio installed. The installers looked around but couldnt see an alarm. They said it could be a "dummy bulb", is that possible?
