As stated, i ran a compression test on my Daily. the red Celica.
  • She burnes oil
  • She boggs a bit at take off, but is fine anyother time gas is given
  • idles rough at 800, but fine at higher RPMs
  • bad gas milege

OK, So the results are:
  1. 145-130-155-210
  2. 150-140-150-160
  3. 150-140-155-160

Any feed back on the results?

did you crank the engine until the needle on the gauge wouldn't go up any further. it usually takes 2+ compression strokes or so for it to register completely.

adding oil to each cylinder is called a wet compression test. what you want to look for with a wet comp. is comp. drop
