Roads all around me are atleast in 1 foot of water. Some roads up to 3 feet. Some of my stupid friends thought it'd be fun to go through them in the cars. Right when they got in the car it stalled and after that they have a loud rod knock in their cars.

after that happened, a couple of friends and I decided to go take advantage of flooded rugby fields...

Not just wisconsion....even in rapid city,SD they have gotten more than 10 inches just in this month alone...its good, since its brought the state out of a like 8year drought or something, but dayum, its still kinda ridiculous...
