hey guys, quick question. somebody is sellin their wideband o2 sensor, (AEM UEGO) for 200$ im boosting my 7afe and will probably look into getting one. my two questions are... is it necessary? and secondly, does it work with a gauge other than the AEM gauge that comes with it? i have a 3 gauge pillar and my AFR matches the rest, and want to use it. will it work with my AFR gauge i currently have?

thanks guys.

and quick feedback would be awesome! im supposed to buy it tomorrow morning! thanks

allen

the sensor itself will work with just about any wideband display.

yes, you need one.

it's nessessary.
but I'm not sure a generic afr gauge is designed to work with a wideband sensor/controller.

*NEW FEATURE*
This gauge can be set to read narrow band or wideband (0-5v) with the flick of a switch in the back of the gauge. That means that you can now use this gauge with your stock narrow band O2 sensor or use it with a control unit like innovate to display a 0-5v signal.

NOTE: This cannot be used as a stand along wideband AFR with a bosch wideband 5 wire heated O2 sensor unless you are using a controller! (Our complete wideband AFR gauge is due out end of June)

thats the notice it gives me for the gauge i bought. batman, since you know more about the AEM sensor. is it compatible with working with this gauge i have?
