So, after selling the 3s, i decided to go bigger and better, I went out a bought a 04 Nissan 350Z, 6speed, touring w/35k on it, great deal too, its silver, and i love the car in every way. My z is way better then my celica ever was, the body stlying, the motor, and interior, theres no match with the Z, first week i got it I already put 500miles on it, those small go get something trips turn into a cruise around trips. pics coming soon, just wanted to shout out to 6gc

hey. im currently working full time right now (engineering co/op) for a semester. i was thinking about upgrading my car as soon as im done. i should have close to 15k when im done if i sell my celica as well (guessing its worth around 7-8k).

i've narrowed it down to either a 350 or a s2k but im highly highly leaning towards a 350.

lets see some pics of the z!

I like the 350z but I think their getting a little played out. If you got to hot import nights and nopi there million's of them. I would prob. go with the infinity g35 or g37. They look sexy with a lip lowered and staggered rims, and the interior designed better.

if a 350z is played out, then a TC is a head horse beaten one-time-too-many.

anyways, G35s have completely overpopulated where i am from and i get sick of seeing them. i love me some Zs

Nopi & HIN are not an accurate sampling from the real world.

bah 350z.. everyone and there brother has one of those. Wont turn nearly as much heads as your celica would. My ex girlfriends brother and my friend got those and had to sell them because the gas mileage was TERRIBLE (at $3 a gallon..).

I will give them credit tho because almost every tuner mag ive ever read has named it one of if not the best tuner cars you can buy right now

celica turning more heads then a Z? i gotta move to your city.

and what kinda mpg do people expect from a 300hp v-6. certainly not anything close to a 130hp i-4 right

true, but they are an accurate representation of the imports in california laugh.gif and for some, its as real as its gonna get

mostly scions, g35s, 350zs, and a few s2000s along with the occasional dying breed of civics, rsxs, integras and other really old cars that now look rediculous at those shows.

anyways have fun with the z. are you gonna turbo it or keep it the way it is?

there are 0 celicas in my town. i have yet to see one on the road in my life, well i saw one but it wasnt even close to my town. and as far as gas mileage goes they were expecting the gas mileage of a 300hp v-6 smile.gif

The mpg is pretty good for a car this fast. Very comfortable and sleek as well, although I don't really like the rear as much. Drivetrain wise I hate it...

Before it was sold... Got a 08 Sentra instead, I'm happier with it's mpg biggrin.gif

The console plastics are sorta on the cheap side, and the rear view is horrible but other than that I have no other gripes. I love them and if I lived somewhere other the northeast I'd own one.
