Hi,
I am looking to replace my stock Low Beam 9006 bulbs. Has anybody done this. Are there instructions on how to replace them. How do i take the head lights off. Is there a writeup on this procedure. Thanks, PReetham. |

If you're just replacing the bulbs... then just grab the socket, twist, and it should come out. The bulb just plugs in, sorta. Pull out the bulb, replace, and reverse procedure. Just follow the basic headlight bulbs replacement rules...don't touch the bulb... ;] |

Also, be sure to upgrade your wiring to 12 gauge wiring if you're going to be running bulbs that run at a higher wattage than stock.

You need to open your hood. Then, on the back of the headlight assembly, there is a socket with wires running to it. Simply twist that, then pull it out. The bulb plugs into that socket. Pull the old bulb out, push the new bulb into the socket. Place the socket back into the back of the headlight and twist it to lock it.
Make sure you dont touch the glass part of the bulb. -Kaleb |
