Hi
I am looking at buying a quick NA car because i like fast cars but don't want a turbo. I am a toyota guy so was either looking at getting a 6th gen ss3 beams celica or a 7th gen vvtl-i celica but i was wanting to know which car is quicker? Does anyone know what car is quicker and by how much? Just out of interest how do they compare to the 1998/1999 integra type-r? What is the realistic fuel usage for each celica when driving around town? Thanks for the help Beno |

ALL of this info can be found via google. go look up factory HP & weight figures and come up with a power/weight ratio. The greater the ratio, the faster the car.
Then look up the integra, or youtube search a street race. Google search fuel economy. ............. Profit! -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

I'd vote for the beams in the 6th gen for sure.
Would probably be a race with the type R - would be up to mods/driver. |

That and later BEAMS engines featured variable valve timing and lift.
