Snapped Bolt in Rear panel Options

Ok so i was playing around to the car, trying to get the rear speakers coz im planning on installing new speakers and a deck; iwanted a 1st look at the rear speaker bracket . followed the sticky that was in the how-to and i successfully took it all out. wen i was putting the bolts and screws in for the side molding and i sheared a bolt with half the bolt stuck inside. its a bolt that secures the bracket and this bracket is used to rest the bottom cushion. now i continued putting back 2gether after a 20 minutes of assessing the damage and being str8 out stunned.
just wondering if this will affect my rear sits if sum1 sits on it n any ideas taking it out?
