Need the trim strip that goes on the BACK of the rear seat in a convertible. This is the strip that holds the vinyl boot well to the back of the seat.

It's actually two strips, parts 9 and 10 in the picture.

Please post or PM me with condition and price. Thanks.

No, it's discontinued. There may be some in stock at some dealers somewhere, but my dealer tells me there is no reliable way of finding out for sure.

Can't get it through any of the online Toyota dealers.

If I wanted to make the part I wouldn't post here, would I? wink.gif

No offense was meant. I do appreciate the thought, but I've seen the part and I don't want to make one. I might eventually if I don't have a choice.

I actually ordered it from 1sttoyota and they called back to say it's discontinued and they show zero in the system (meaning none in this country). There is no "other years". This piece is the same for all 6g years.

wow, there is actually a trim piece to holds that down... no wonder why the cover never looked right to me.

if you decide to make one, make a DIY for us verty guys who don't have one either.

Spider if you head back out there and get it, even though it's for the OP, I'd consider it a personal favor - this guy has helped me a LOT and it'd be a great way to show my appreciation. PM me please if you head back out, let me know how much it costs, this one's on me.
