Engine code 42 not yet solve ., engine code 42 not yet solve . please comments Options

MY GT four ST205 year 1997 ' have engine code 42 not yet solve"...
engine code 42 is Vehicle Speed Pulse Generator Signal
Speed signal is not input to the ECU for at least 8 seconds during high load driving with engine speed between 2,000 RMP to 5,000 RMP.

I already sent to my car in workshop to fix and check ,
1) the ECU adaptor wire .
2) vehicle speed sensor
3) already change O2 Sensor

for above said parts is fix it and in good condition .
but also not yet solve the engine code 42 problem
