Hey All, So I'm almost done with my engine problems. 1 burnt exhaust valve, bad water pump and a busted exhaust manifold. 2 new valves, water pump, timing belt, etc. So anyway I'm putting a header on to replace the ehaust manifold. Came with the flex pipe, BUT, no hole for the O/2 sensor. only the one for the pre converter in the header itself. Anyone have any ideas how disconnecting the second O/2 sensor will affect everything?
Thanks in advance. Ron. kindasad.gif

Take the header (or just the secondary pipe) to an exhaust shop and tell them to weld an o2 bung on. Then plug yours in when you install. Because you don't want to drive without it unless you like CEL's.

Discounting the secondary 02 sensor will not throw a code or anything it shouldn't as long as the primary 02 sensor is working and connected. If u feel safer with it connected try what the other guy posted or you can do it yourself if u know how to.
