I had my driver side wheel bearing & hub replaced in the beginning of June 09. It was pretty much done. It was making the noise a bad wheel bearing makes. The wheel had a lot of play and the car felt a wobble when making left turns. So after having the wheel bearing & hub replaced about 4 months later I felt the same wobble I had back in late May and then started hearing creaking sounds coming from the driver side wheel. Took it into the shop turned out the wheel bearing was F**k again. The guy at the shop had it replaced for free seeing I only had it done 4 months ago so it was still under warranty. He seemed surprised because he said that it shouldn't have went bad so fast like that. He had no idea why it happened. So I had it replaced about a week ago. Now I'm still feeling the wobble it had but just not as bad as in the past. It's certainly there but there are no creaking sounds or any sounds coming from there. I'm fearing the wheel bearing and hub are getting f*** again. He told me if the same thing happens again to bring it right back in. I want to ask to see if any of you guys might know why my driver side wheel bearing & hub keep crapping out? What could be causing this? Bad tie rod? bad control arm?? I haven't jacked the car up since I got it back last weekend so I haven't checked to see if there was any play. What do you guys think might be causing this????

It's your hub, he would of changed your flange which shows evidence of damage where as the hub doesn't always, my hub looked fine but still caused me problems until it was replaced.

(Assuming you are talking about the front) If the axle nut is not torqued down properly it puts more stress on everything and could cause the wheel bearing to fail again.
