My sister owns a 99 nissan sentra I believe, and the front passenger side window won't go back up. All the other windows still function perfectly. Am I going to have to replace the whole window assembly in that door or can this possibly be an electrical problem or something wrong with the master controls (driver side) since I hear they are connected in series. Thanks in advance

Sounds like the cables came apart. The windows run on a regulator that has cables just like hand brake cables on a bike. You will need to get an OEM replacement windows regulator. It could also be the regulator isn't working either from water getting into it cause weather stripping isn't keeping out rain water or the regulator just went bad. Not common but a possibility could also be the window button on the door.
