I don't know of anybody on here thats had WEB grind cams for them. Its not really a simple bolt on mod. What do you mean by 'which type is better'? Are you trying to ask about what cam profile is best? It depends on what you're trying to do and what else you have. I know several people that have had motorcycle cams that were ground by web and they all seemed very pleased.

well web cams has two types. one is for med & high gains. the other cams are for all around gains. but which is better. cuz i'm thinking of getting them for my 5s. or does anyone know of another cam company that is = or better.

I have read all good things about web cams. The med and high gains I think are ment for higher compression pistons and race situations. I would recomend the all around set. If you can try and get a spare set of cams from a junk yard to send in instead of having a huge down time by sending yours in for the core charge. Please post your gains from these if you get them.
