I have part number 81850-12260 written down in my notes but have not actually bought one to put in. That part number came from a 02-05 corolla. They go for around $25 from the dealer or you can get it as part of a cluster on ebay.

That part number worked out and cost me $38. Looks kinda odd in the console, but it wired up with my alarm nicely. Thanks RocketScott!

I ordered this from ebay for about $30 a little while ago:

Took the security light apart:

I ground down a blue led so it is flat like the red one that was in there. Just need to check the voltage that my alarm uses for the led and swap out the resistor. The one I got has a little motion detector also. I need to do some more research to find out how to hook that up. I also need to get a connector for it. The one I found in the catalog isn't comming up at any of the dealers I've checked.

I was about to ask IF you figured out how to use the motion sensor with an aftermarket alarm but since it's you I should really be asking HOW you wired up the motion sensor to work with an aftermarket alarm?

On a side note the sensor has 680 ohm resistor in it, have to go to Radio Shack to get a 560 ohm to get the most out of my blue led.
