7 GEN SEATS INTO MY 94 6 GEN Options

Hi guys... after a bit of advice.. trying to fit celica ts sport gen 7 leather front seats into my 94 gt.. i have read a few posts where you just bolt the gen 6 rails onto the gen 7 but after removing my seat there isnt 4 bolts at the bottom just 3 either side of the seat and 2 on the backs... are there diff seats in the early celicas?? bit puzzled and any help would be great... thanks peeps.

You bolt the 7th gen low cushion and rear seat cushion onto the 6th gen rails AND the metal support piece under the lower cushion. As far as I know all the 7th gen lower cushions were the same, but either way you don't use the 7th gen metal support piece under the lower cushion, you need to remove that and swap the 6th gen support onto the 7th gen cushion.

hi thanks for our time... was looking at your forum on how to do it.. your seats are different to mine by your pics... on your old seats you have 4 bolts where as on mine i have 3 at the side and 2 on the rear support.


p.s. sorry about the 2 posts 1st time on here and noticed i put the 1st under suspension.
