ok i have noticed a few problems with my 94 celica. Lately ive been noticing that my car will shut off but will start back up when i turn the ignition off. Then lately ive had a problem with the turn signals. at times the right side side markers will stay constantly lit with out flashing. and now when i turn the left markers the horn goes off at the same time as the markers flash.
if you guys have any input would be greatly appreciated.

It takes 8,460 bolts to assemble an automobile, and one nut to scatter it all over the road.

Celica: The name is derived from the Spanish word for "heavenly" or "celestial".

I would guess water go in through the windshield or the wire loom above the flasher relay. Push up on the windshield and see if it moves and if it does, reseal it.

The flasher relay and connections are in the driver's footwell, above the dead pedal.

here's some more info
