My radio antenna motor doesn't work and the antenna has been snapped off. I was looking on ebay and saw they sell an aftermarket universal antenna for 94 celica for under $20. Has anyone used one of these or know if they are any good? Thanks for any info.

OP- use the motor you have, fully extend the mast, then do the S2000 antenna mod. $20 and it's done.

I appreciate all the options, but I'm just looking to know if anyone has bought this and knows if its good or not. NJCCMD2002 says its crap, now is that from experience or just because its an ebay part? Thanks guys.

The S2k mod looks cool, but it kills your radio reception, i had to get the interior hidden antenna to get the radio to remotely work

i just installed an OEM setup (7th gen base, s2000 mast) on a friends car, IMO its the best setup for us.
the aftermarket setups dont have the level of fit and finish the OEM's do.

its expensive, but worth it IMO.

I did the exact sasme mod on mine, OP i can show you what i did and the cost might not be that bad. personally i wouldnt trust the ebay kits, i looked into them also and to make it fit just isnt worth it. sometime replacement motor assemblies show up on ebay also. they run about 50 bucks. so you can look for those
