Wheel bearing going bad? Options

Today while driving with no music, I noticed a squeaking coming from the left front. At first I thought it might've been my motor, but the noise only happens when I'm rolling. Am I right to assume that my front driver side bearing is going bad?

maybe, jack it up and try to shake the tire left and right. then up and down, if it moves alot then it probably is.

Another test for that is to jack the car up and spin the wheel. Then you put your fingers on your lower spring mount. If you feel vibration then it's likely that your wheel bearing is going bad.

Does it squeak the whole time your driving, or at certain times when driving?

A lot of the time. I noticed it going about 6 in a parking lot, but now I can hear it throughout my normal city speeds.

Unfortunately it doesn't always show play at the wheel, sometimes the only way is to take the disc off and look at the flange for play and spin it to see if it makes noise (it shoudn't move in the slightest) I've had many bearing problems and they always seem to make the same noise unless they are seized.

Mine made noise the other night and I replaced it the next day, and it had marks on the flange of it wearing and I just caught it, sometimes you're better off with a new hub.

But best ways to determine is it will make more noise when one side has load on it, lift it up to see if the wheel has play, if it does It could be too late, if its minimal inspect the flange and if you can't fix it asap, take it easy on corners.

But it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and replace it. It's somewhat cheap

I had an issue that when i was turning at right corners at the left side i was listening a noise like something was like a bearing or brakes was all the time touching the rotor, but it just was the rear cooling metal that was touching on my rotor while i was turning right so i pushed it back with my hand and thats it noises from their just disappear.
