Rota G-Force Wheels, Curious about Fitment Options

I'm looking at a set of Rota G-force wheels in a 17x8/ 5x100/ +48mm offset. I'm looking for a fairly flush look. So if I've done my research right that would mean that I would need an 8mm spacer (or as close as i could get to this) to bring the wheels to the ideal flush location. Just looking for some clarification. I'm really looking for a wheel that has some concavity to it. I don't want a wheel that is flat faced. Please let me know if i've done the math properly here, or if you have another wheel suggestion for me to look into.

Anything under 25mm spacer won't be flush at all with a +48 offset. You need to bring that number down, a lot. If you are going for a flush look I recommend starting with a lower offset.

It is so hard to find a wheel that I like in the dimensions I want with a low low offset. Any recomendations?

The Celica is kind of screwed on wheel selections. 5x100 wheels don't typically come on RWD applications, which is where you're going to find lower offsets.

+48? It won't be flush. You need at least a 33mm spacer. I have 17x8 +35 and its close. Probably need 10mm rear and 5mm front.

a 20 mm spacer would be fine since the wheel is 17x8. also, those are nice wheels. just to warn you in that size they are flat face, you need the 9" width to get concave which will be troublesome fitting. work xd9's come in 5x100, 17x8.5, and a 25 or 32 offset which would look amazing, but cost $440 a wheel.

Concave will not be noticeable unless the offset is low. Plus, for concave, you need at least 8.5 to notice any. When I bought my 5zigens I wanted concave but the offset was not aggressive enough to give it that look.

Just takes some looking. I know that I'm going with Enkei RPF1s in the near future. 17x8, ET35. Perfect starting offset.

these kinds of threads are starting to piss me off It's like saying you want a 3sgte but you only have the valve cover from one.

1st use the search function there are SOOooo much threads about offsets and "wanting flush"

2nd any offset above +30 will not get you flush, better off finding different rims

3rd the biggest spacer you wanna run safely is 30mm

I've said before, rims you can buy with offsets closer to 0 the better off you are. You buy cheap wheel you'll end up hitting a pothole and the wheel failing on you like Jaws4God's DRag Wheels.

Get a rim with a better starting base offset, none of this Scooby super high + offsets.

An ideal flush offset is +20 to +10, now with that being said use some math or use the search function to find the wheel offset threads

Some, but not a lot of the sweet ones, or ones with dish, like meisters

808 we know the wheels exist, but the problem is they are damn expensive. Works are $400-$600 a wheel which is around $2k a set plus a few hundred for shipping. Which is more than most 6gcs are worth. And Works are cheap. Advans, BBSs, SSRs, Volks, and Weds all come in a beautiful 5x100 17x8.5 with multiple offsets but range in price from $500 to $800 per wheel.
