Has anyone experienced this? Took my car into the shop the other day to have cylinder 2 spark plug rethreaded. Now i'm experiencing a loss of power in 5th gear when going uphill. At first i suspected my clutch but it doesn't seem to be slipping. Engine speed slows down along with mph in 5th. 1-4 everything seems fine.

Any suggestions as to what may be causing this and how to fix it? I'm already planning on having my plugs, wires and rotor/cap replaced.

Thanks

What are your rpm's and speed at when going up the hill? and how much of an incline are you talking about?

Well its the same hill i drive up to go to work. I normally could cruise up and over the hill at around 80mph ( 4k ish rpm), know even if i hit the hill going 80 i can't maintain it for long.

I don't think its the hill's incline this time, as i've driven it numerous times without problems before
