Interior decal for climate control area Options

Hello everyone. I was going over the interior of my 95 GT with vinyl protectant about 1 month ago, and noticed to my horror that the supposedly "premium, professional" grade protectant started to lift the clear coating over the climate control faceplate. I was able to get most of it off cleanly, but after I saw the panel in the bright sunlight it looks quite nasty. The blue and red temp. indicator streaks look good as well as the white hash-marks for the fan speed, but the black background does not. I accidentally stumbled on a custom vinyl decal on Ebay a while back made to cover up this specific area, but at the time did not need. Now I do, but can no longer locate. Does anyone else know of these, and or where to find? Thanks.
