 Rear light warning light won't go off |

Having an issue where the lights would come on when I hold the brakes for more than 2 seconds but all the lights are working, none is blown, I checked and recheck and the same thing, all are good, would the rear light warning sensor module cause this? and if so is there anyway to fix it??
