I want to lower my car but I've heard that a lowered car won't pass inspection, at least in VA. Does anyone know if that's true? Coilovers are great because I could raise the car up when inspection time comes, but springs are easier to find. Has anyone had an experience with this?

From what I've read in the past the main problem with legality and lowering is making sure the headlights are still over the minimum height. But yah, like supersprynt said...the man wont let you do anything....but what the man don't know....
