i was trying to get this done for myself for a long time, and now that its done i want to see if somebody else wants to do this for themselves:

in a nutshell, clear covers to replace the stock headlight glass to crystal clear look. like the projectors (only non projector tongue.gif)

note: selling only the replacement covers, not the headlights them selves.

i only got one made for myself and if u guys are interested i can go around getting more made accordingly.

in comparison to stock lights:

cost if not definate, since it depends on number of orders.

estimated price would be,

usd 70 shipped. cost to me was 48$ for my set, so thats just was im guessing.

please put ur name down if ur interested and ill get u a price one i see how many people want then

note: high beams are in progress, price im guessing would be 110 shipped

One thing at a time man.

If I wasn't taking my car off the road in the summer, and if I wasn't buying a d5000, I'd be all over these.
Are they for the highs and lows or just the lows?

This would allow you to make your own projector with the stock headlight housing. Good job.
But please don't run these with your stock bulbs. The pattern on the glass is meant to direct the lights onto the ground and not to up toward another driver's eye. taking away the glass essential turned your low beams into high beams.

With that said I might order one as I have a set of JDM stock highbeam that's available for the projector treatment.

Good luck with the sale

Guys, please do your research before you put this on your car. It's not legal, it's not safe, it's not smart. The regular housings and bulbs have the glass so that it can properly deflect light in the correct areas. It turns your lights into a flashlight.

agreed, the stock glass defuses the light, spreading it evenly. Projecters are designed for clear lenses, stock headlights are not.
