a few hours ago i was driving downtown and i was hit head on and ripped off my front bumper and bent the two lil post holding on the front bumper support. But the bad thing is that it deployed both of my air bags and that will cost me alot to replace(approx 3,000) so this may not end well. What sux the most is that i have the invader kit in the mail as this happened and i may not ever get to see it on my car. frown.gif

Dude thats a really ****ty deal but seriously dont fret. With a little bit of patience you can get all you need for a minimal amount of $, even recently Ive seen a steering wheel with airbag for like 100 bucks, just look around and you'll find what you need.

What did you hit? A honda? Those hondas are always trying to kill us, I swear. YOu at fault, or the other guy? Is insurance gonna cover it? Good luck man. I know it would kill me if my baby got hurt, so you got my pity.

hey man , sorry to hear that.
About the air bags, i got mine in a junk yard for $550 everything. I got two air bags and also the air bag computer. the computer is located under central consol. And you will have to change it to make your air bags work.
check with these guys about parts

That's too bad to hear, but at least you're ok. Hopefully you'll be able to fix your car. If you're not too concerned about having air bags again, you could always get an aftermarket steering wheel. wink.gif

no i hit a chrysler fifth ave. and it was my fault frown.gif and no insurence isnt going to handle it cuz i only have liability on my car and there isnt anything they can do about it so...im kinda screwed on that but we are in the process of finding all the parts to hifix it so i think everythingwill be ok. thanks for all your concerns. about the aftermarket steering wheel i dont think i will be getting one since things could have been alot worse if i hadnt had airbags.
