long story short.. old fart can blew out the baffles so it sounds really bad after i gutted it. now i got me a new magnaflow and it sounds great!! took 1 hr to cut the old one off clean up a good surface to weld on and weld up the new muffler.

Its a mag 14832 sku if i remember right. Its a 2.5 in and 3 inch out.

I'm glad more people are going to Magnaflow's I a full 3" set up and I love the sound of it. It's isn't over the top tuner sounding and gives off a good beefy rumble.

Paint the body of it with BBQ black paint, leave the tip polished. It'll look more "factory" that way.

They're made out of stainless steel, should be good for a long time.

Even at that, I'd give it better odds than a plain steel muffler. Still have the OEM muffler on mine, looks fine. Then again, it's been in the south and not on salty roads.

that's a good choice. looks just like the one on my old celica. very nice tone to it!

not where salt is used lol. it'll probably look nice for a couple seasons before you start seeing little rust build up. i've seen it happen so many times frown.gif
