So last night I drove around and turned my AC on after a long time, after about 20minutes I felt my gas drop. From 1/2 tank to near the bottom. This is the first time this happened to me and I don't know what may have caused it. I think I burned like 2 1/2 gallons in 20min lol

that sounds impossible from half tank is roughly give or take 5-6 gallons or so. Do you have a better observation, or things you noticed? that sounds unreal. a car cannot do that unless you have a gas leak or burning too much gas.

Yeah, fill er up with 3 gallons or so and look underneath for leaks. Maybe the gauge left?

Well it happened after I installed one of those cheap eBay short rams. I seriously can't even think how it happened because I always drove the same from my house to my friends but this time with air conditioning turned on. I already know that the gauge is sort of messed up but now when I don't use my air conditioning I seem to have better mpg

the air cleaner won't make a big difference with gas consumption or savings, however, you need to check if there are leaks or rust holes. is your timing advanced?
