Being that I want to start getting into rally cross, and do an events a couple times a year, I want to get coilovers for the car since the stock suspension is not going to stop me from rubbing. Here's my question, would Megan Racing coilovers last if I did rally them a few times out of the year (and take it off road on my own time for fun)? I'm asking because I know that they are a street application and I don't know how they would hold up if they went on dirt.

Don't think many people here do what you're looking for. Why not phone Megan and ask?

I know what brand he has, but those are upward of $1,500 easily.
The megans are for street use, and I know there is K-sport that has rally coilovers, but they're $1,450.
I'd rather not spend over a grand on them lol
The only thing I don't like is the camber adjustment plate that has 4-bolts you tighten down. I feel like that would constantly come loose or move.

I'll shoot him a PM though and see what he thinks.

Personally, I wouldn't. Megan was built for street application and not for Rally. I would just guess that you would blow them during one of those runs or advance the wear basically.

I might just stick with stock struts and just get the stock rims again to do this stuff. My 17's rub too much kindasad.gif
