What do you guys think of these? I have a friend that works at a graphics design place and she had them cut me these for really cheap. I drew up the pattern, I never liked racing stripes much, but this seemed like a unique idea. They are black, not gray.

Yeah.. Entirely my opinion but race stripes on just about any car apart from maybe american muscle looks tacky and try-hard. Not trying to put anyone else down who likes them, just not a fan myself... So I say don't do it, the Celica has alot of grace to uphold.

Thin racing stripes work on some JDM and Euro cars. Thick ones belong on American cars no doubt though.

I know what you mean, I did it in high school on a different car and never thought about doing it again after that. Then I had the idea for the digital pattern ones and it seemed unique so I'm entertaining the idea again. -------------------- -Jay

honestly digital camo on a car will not look good. maybe on a off road truck or something, or maybe a hotrod made to look like a war plane camo might look good on. but a celica? no wont look good. now with all that being said and all the replies, it is YOUR car, YOU paid the money for it, so YOU can choose what you want done to it, even if you want to make it look like the "dragon" corvette thats your choice no matter how many people point and laugh. maybe photoshop the stripes on your car so you can get a feel for what it looks like. if you dont like it, throw them up on craigslist for rocker cover vinyl strips some of the offroad guys put on.

please no, but its your car. yeah, I've been thinking a lot about it. I got hung up on a unique idea. So it's not going to be stripes anymore. Since it's all block pattern, I might cut it up and put something on the sides. Or I could just sell them. Not sure what I want to do. -------------------- -Jay
